Children's Summer Camp for ages 3 to 11 will begin Sunday, June 8 at 10 a.m. Summer camp meets during the Liturgy of the Word at the 10:00 service. Most Sundays, children will join their families during the Peace. There are lots of exciting events planned, including gardening and learning about creation care, fun with the Bubble Lady, baking, and more!
For the first time in my 38 year career as a church musician, I will have a three month sabbatical from my regular duties as your Director of Music. I am excited and grateful for this gift of time, and wanted to share with you all some of my hopes and plans for that time, which will begin in late summer and go through early fall. In June 2007 I had the opportunity as part of a 10 day conference on Celtic spirituality to visit the Island of Iona off the west coast of Scotland for about 2 hours. Click here to read more.
